Permission Marketing (with charts)

Got a nice note from Allen Chen. He pointed me to an article: How Can Permission Marketing Work For You? that uses graphs to explain Permission Marketing in a neat way.

I think he was a little generous–I’d probably frontload the direct marketing side of each graph a bit, but I think it does a nice job of showing how PM works so much better over the long haul. And after all, the long haul is what matters.
