When we look at your work, your impact, your contribution–what do we see?

It’s certainly convenient to have a LinkedIn or Facebook page as your calling card, but as we’ve seen from recent events, social networks don’t view you as a valued customer–you’re the product.

It’s worth having your own page on the net. My blog represents my work over the last twenty years. And here’s a single page that summarizes my projects over the last 35 years.

Where’s yours?

You can set one up for free or nearly free using services like strikingly, silex or github. It doesn’t have to be pretty. You don’t have to be in the market for a new job. In fact, the best time to start building and maintaining your public CV is long before you start looking.
